Which is the better CPU????

Hi guys,

I have a MSI NEO4 Platinum motherboard and have two processor, but cannot decide which one I should install.

I have..
AMD 64 3200+ 90nm Winchester
or
AMD 64 3500+ 130nm Newcastle

I'm asumming the 3500 would be better in terms of overclocking etc??

Recommendations please,, many thanks in advance!!

I would pick the first one for overclocking, but the second one for stock.
