hey i have a e8400 i have oc it to 3.6 ghz using stock cooling at idle times it lays around 48 ~ 50c but on load it throws up ( reaches 70c) and i have to make a crash landing 😛
so Thermalright Ultima-90I(here)
is the only cooler available in my area in india apart from the usual stock cooler's pirated editions and local remakes
so i want to knw wheither this(thermal right) will perform better than a wolfdale's stock cooling

and water cooling is too complicated for me to understand ok and besides i dont think it will be available here

and i cant buy anything online coz the dealers and distributors here will not provide any kind of service to online buyed things
 
Would a flat board configuration seem necessary if you didn't mount the fan on the IFX-14? I seem to recall that model weighed less than 800 grams.
