abit aa8duramax-122
intel intel Pentium 4 530J Prescott 800MHz FSB LGA 775 Processor Model BX80547PG3000EJ 175

what is best if i dont overclock what is best if i do overclock what is best 4 both

i AM TIRED OF BSOD ALL THE TIME I DONT WANT THAT PROBLEM ANY MORE
hardly any games will be played

i like dfi alot but there 1 year warranty sucks and dont know them i have a abit and there good my last board was gigabyte ga7vax and it fried so im not to keen on them

side note im on a abit ktr7raid board i set fsb to 105 clock to 10 times and it regsitered 945 for the speed what didnt it register over 1000

First off, I think you meant "athlon 64 3000+" the athlon xp won't work on a DFI nF4 board.

Secondly, I'd recomend you get an AMD processor, but not the DFI board if you want a completely hassel-free install. Most of the time the DFI is a charm to work with, but when its unhappy, it makes it user very unhappy also. Probably the fastest combo to get owuld be the Athlon 64 3200 combined with the Epox 9NPA+ Ultra (which only costs 83). It doestn' have the most features of any board out there, but it is a very fast board.
