Which is the best Tuner card as far as nonTv input goes

My current card gets pretty bad lag when using svid (playing an fps wouldnt work), so its hard for me to recommend getting a tv tuner to use his xb360 with his monitor.

you guys know anything about this?
would something like the x2vga or vd-z3 be better?

If you're looking to get a xbox 360 on a monitor, why not just get the Xbox 360 VGA cables?

true, but my friend also has game cube

tuner card = same price as xb360 cable
component to vga devices $20 more than that
