Which is the best speaker for <US $200

I am in market for new speaker after I can't find 240v power adapter (in Malaysia) for my old Creative/Cambrige FPS1000.

I've heard good things about the Logitech Z-5300's. I think they're about $140 on Newegg. Personally, I have the creative T7700 7.1 set and I like them alot. They are loud enough for my small room and the extra channels sometimes can be nice for gaming.

Don't think you can find a better 5.1 or better system for under $200.

i read a review about Logitech Z-5300s which said it is "Not Dolby Digital" what does that mean ?
btw i use nforce2 soundstorm.
