Yup, I heard that NJStar is the best. Also from what I heard, RichWin is too buggy for doing actual typing, and Chinese Star isn't that stable as well.

I've been playing with Win 2k Professional recently and it has some usefull features in its foreign language capabilities. It will display Big five / taiwanese character sets as well as many other chinese fonts, and lets you input in chinese characters as well by changing the input locale. Also has Japanese/Korean and other asian languages.

Actually it's not limited to win2k... if you have IE5, you can download chinese language package off MS's website and it will let you read Chinese...

However I dont think those add-on packages will let you type... win2k will let you type chinese without a problem though...

Microsoft's IE5 downloads include IME for Chinese that allows you to type in IE and Office, but their input method isn't that great or intuitive anyway.
