Which is the best Samsung Rambus Module for TH7-II overclocking with my new Woody

I read on vr-Zone forum that one person noticed the 128MB modules were much cooler than the 256MB modules. He recommended the 128 for that reason.

My question is, of the 128 MB modules (the first three in the list above), which one is best for overclocking on a Abit TH7-II with a 1.8A woody?

Do you have the TH7-II? And The best are 128MB 8-device or 256MB PC-800 16-device from www.googlegear.com . I heard if you fill all 4 spots you can overclock better ...
