I can find each of these for about the same price. Primary uses will be gaming, photos, music, taking notes, videos, etc.

All have a 400mhz cpu and bluetooth. They all have 64mb ram and rom, except for the IPAQ which has 32mb rom.

Dell X3i - Has 1 SD media slot, Includes wireless 802.11b

Asus A620BT - Benchmarks show it's the fastest PDA you can buy. Has 1 Compact Flash type II slot.

IPAQ 2215 - Has a slot for a SD and a CF
