Edit: What are you exactly planning to do with one of those? Checking the specs @GSMArena, those phones are all at least couple years old and running Android 2.x. One of them (Galaxy Y?) has 256K colors. It may not even look like a smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy S Duos S7562. It's the newest with Android 4.0 (ICS), highest resolution of the bunch, most RAM (768 MB vs 512 MB) and decent SoC/CPU. Samsung Galaxy W I8150 is second best, but the rest are going to feel sluggish.

Review doesn't look too bad for the Duos, close to an S3 in looks, S2 in specs:
