Which is the Best MotherBoard For Q6600

I vote abit ip35 pro. i oc'd to 9x400 using 1.44vcore(~1.36 w/vdroop) 1:1 no problem!

I use this 24/7 with C1E and EIST enabled. My temps are 34c idle and 59c on load using
a tuniq tower.

I think that is pretty damn amazing. I was not expecting this kind of oc at all, more like maybe 3.2ghz or something.

However im not sure about the x38 boards, maybe those are better oc'ers. but all i know is im rock solid.

anywayz im on a hot streak picking mobos, lol.

abit nf7-s--->dfi lanparty nf4 ultra-d---->abit ip35-pro

all are epic mobo's imo.

Abit IP35-E ($71 AR @ MWAVE) is just as good as the IP35 Pro, minus a lot of bells and whistles. Go with IP35 if you must have RAID. Check out the IP35-E review thread in this forum.

If you don't plan to overclock north of 400MHz, then go with Kingston N5 DDR2 667. The Kingston N5 DDR2 800 should be able to hit +450MHz/4-4-4-12-2T with 2.1Vdimm.
