Which is the best i875P motherboard?

I'm having a tough time trying to decide wich mobo to buy. I'm considering the Asus P4C800 Deluxe, Gigabyte GA-8KNXP (non Ultra) and also the Abit IC7-G but any other suggestion would be appreciated. Stability and performance are the main issues but also overclocking capabilities and compatibility. I'll use the computer basically for gaming and programming.

IT better be!! it will be its successor...I am going to overclock is the P4C800-E a good overclocker??? i am aware the ic7-G is a good overclocker and most likely the max3 will be good as well

 
how abour the DFI PRO875? it has ide raid and sata and ac'97 and anything else you would want. it overclocks great according to anand review. granted it is expensive but it rocks plain and simple.
