Go!Zilla is quite a good one, altough a little bloated. The recent release seems to have fixed the browser crashing issues. Asside from those...I'd say DAP is the best IMHO.
 
I am a faithful GetRight user from the very day (well nearly) I got internet access. Automatic downloading (and reconnection for us poor dial-up users) is pretty cool, the integrated browser is nice. Ah well. I guess you stick to the first program you learn to use.
 
i use flashget. it is the best in my opinion. the "download all using flashget" feature is extremely handy. good speed. will split files in up to 10 parts.
 
I personally stay away from Getright and Gozilla because of the Radiate spyware they include. Even if you uninstall the program, the Radiate software stays behind. You can get more info here.
