Which is the best CRT 19" monitor?

My simple answer would be the Samsung 900NF. If you want some details on this, do a search (there have been at least 5 posts on this in the last 2 weeks.)

I own the ViewSonic A90f+. Really clear text at any res. And flat screen CRT.

You'll get alot of different opinions. I love my Sony G420S.

Some of the better brands to look at are Sony, NEC/Mitsubishi, Samsung, Viewsonic.

I prefer the first two.

I have a sony g410r. I got it for like 270 last summer, so it was a good buy and all, but I have to say I'm not tremendously impressed with the image quality. Contrast is acceptable, and color is good, but convergence is never absolutely perfect, the screen is sensitive to magnetic fields, and thing only goes 85HZ (even @ 1024), which sucks for reclocking divx as it's not a multiple of the magic 24fps (need 120hz).

NEC FP912. Diamondtron, oh yeah baby. 1600x1200 @ 85hz. Think the NEC FE991SB just better. You can get it for 289 shipped from this great company.
