Which is the best CPU fan for my situation?

I just ordered the Abit KR7A133 Raid and an XP 2000+. Which would be the best fan for me? I want good performance, but I also don't want something that will sound as loud as a lawnmower. I've used CoolerMaster ones in the past, and I was looking at the Taisol ones as well. Any suggestions?
 
If you don't mind spending over $30 for a HS/F, the Thermalright AX-7 paired with a Panaflo L1A would probably provide the maximum cooling for the least noise.
 
or the SK-600/SK-800(new)...but it is a little more expensive...or swithtech's something462, i forgot model number...but it does very well also...
