Kidding aside, you made no mention of your specific needs, what size office, and whether anyone is "high risk". I manage my office and it is secure "enough" with no specific 3rd party software added, just good safe computing practices, though every now and then, I upload files to virustotal to check for malware when it seems prudent. Mostly that's email attachments if a file format that is subject to vulnerabilities.
