i don't usually answer any way if i don't know the number/caller ID

but... if i were asked "who's this?" phone or text-wise i would say
"you called me, who is this?"

One guy with the wrong number called me 5 times in one evening. I was on call so I had to keep picking up the phone. I finally flipped out the final time when he called when I had already gone to bed.

Text spam...because at least if the phone number looks like a salesperson or wrong number, you don't pick it up and you don't get charged. Texts just come regardless, and since I don't have an unlimited text plan, I get charged for each one.

I don't get charged unless I read it. What I try to do is read it on GoogleVoice, then delete it from the phone unopened. That way I don't get charge at all.

There's a lady around town that always asks if people want to buy some moccasins. I actually need to buy some one day just to say that I did, she's like an icon at this point, I remember her being around when I was a little kid, and she's still at it. So on that note, when somebody does that to me, I just reply with "Wanna buy some moccasins?". They usually realize they have the wrong number.
