Which is faster? Seti GUI or CLI?

Message title says it all. If you use the fastest setting for GUI and CLI, which would crunch the quickest?
 
I confirm.
The cli is about an hour faster per WU on my P3 700e @ 1ghz box.
Also it feels like when I have the GUI in run always and go to blank in zero it uses more system resources, I think it doesn't play with other programs as well as the Cli.
