Which is faster, my RAID 0 setup with 2 20 gig Maxtors Plus 40 or my 40 gig Maxtor Plus 60

Is there a piece of software or a web page I can go to that will test the speed of my RAID 0 setup and the speed of my single drive so I can find out which is faster? The Diamond Maxtor Plus 40 has an average access time of 9.0 MS and the Diamond Maxtor Plus 60 has an average access time of 8.7 MS. Thanks for your responses.
