Which is faster Cel 300a@450 or Cel 466@525?

The 525 will run everything faster except for those extremely rare applications which spend all their time accessing RAM. I strongly doubt you use any program like that. But your best performance might come from an overclocked C400 if you have a lot of FSB options. What motherboard are you using? If it's Slot 1, a slocket and a C667 will get you to 1000MHz without much difficulty.
