I am currently using 2x256MB (Original) Nanya PC2100 DDRRAM with CL2. My company just got some (original) Nanya PC2700 DDRRAM with CL2.5 at a pretty good price. Which one is faster? I am wonder if my system performance will get any improvment if i upgrade the above RAM. Also, are there such a thing exist PC2700 CL2?? i had broswed Kingston, KingMax and Cruial. All don't have PC2700 w/ CL2 for sale, only 2.5. If anyone had PC2700 CL2, please reply and tell me which brand and price. Same for DDR400... (again are there any DDR400 w/ CL2??)

Also, do i really need to upgrade RAM if i want to overclock my CPU (ONLY)??
My system is Intel 2.4B using Gigabyte GA-8PE800 Pro, MSI GF4 Ti4200...
