"Better" in what regard? Looks, performance, quietness, installation, weight?

Have you read or watched any reviews on either of the coolers you are interested in?

If not, let me start you out.

https://www.computerbase.de/2017-08/alpenfoehn-brocken-3-test/

They even show tables on how the two drives you are interested in compare to each other right here: https://www.computerbase.de/2017-08/alpenfoehn-brocken-3-test/2/
However, if you want more power reserves in this size category, you should still take a closer look at the Thermalright HR-02 Macho (Test) for 45 euros . With this cooler there is a complete copper bottom plate and a fan with higher maximum speed for the same price - but also with slight background noise.

Thanks! Even though computerbase is my favorite, I dont know how I havent found it.

I was thinking in price/performance regard Im worried will the Alpenföhn sag the board?

It is pretty heavy cooler. I don't think it will cause any problem, but I definitely wouldn't move the PC around much once it's installed.

what cpu are you running?

Tower sinks of that size usually come with a reinforce backplate.
Some CPU's Boards have an integrated backplate as well to help reinforce the board when you do use a big heat sink.

Are you stuck on deciding between the two? Care for other recommendations?
How much is your budget?

There are better heat sinks then both, for a bit more.
