Which is better?

I think DTS Neural with DTS-HD Master audio support at 192khz with two speakers, according to this document http://www.dts.com/~/media/d5aad4e0d179439c8588ac3b61e37444/DTS_Broadcast_infosheet.pdf , is better than the Dolby Digital, at just only 96khz with 5 speakers. What is your take?
