Its common sense, thread should have never even started. The higher number for BF3 , what did u think, we were gonna say go with the 6750 its faster for BF3 , lolol

Apparently even that post was too long for you to read. Question is a second 6750 (crossfire) vs a single 6870.

And yes, it would help to know the rest of the specs. If gaming on 1080p or higher, a 6870 may not be good enough, especially if the cpu is a dual core.

hey sorry for the short post but my current system is xfx 6750,i5 2400, 8 gigs of 1600 ram and 650 watt thermaltake ps to play on 1080p my question is to crossfire or not

Yo TJ ... don't mind Happy, Raven, Barfo, Tweak or Toyota. They bicker endlessly amongst themselves and even find the nerve to talk sh t despite their obvious lack of reading comprehension.

What's with the flagrant member callout? Completely against the rules, you know this 🙁

Your best bet is a 6870 for 150$ (less driver hassles) but 2 5750's are about equal in performance and you can grab a used one for about 60$.

If it were me I'd grab a 6870 because if leaves you with a upgrade path.

thanks that's what I thought but Ive always been tempted to cross fire it to save some money but 150 isn't that bad at all:thumbsup:
