Its common sense, thread should have never even started. The higher number for BF3 , what did u think, we were gonna say go with the 6750 its faster for BF3 , lolol

Apparently even that post was too long for you to read. Question is a second 6750 (crossfire) vs a single 6870.

And yes, it would help to know the rest of the specs. If gaming on 1080p or higher, a 6870 may not be good enough, especially if the cpu is a dual core.

hey sorry for the short post but my current system is xfx 6750,i5 2400, 8 gigs of 1600 ram and 650 watt thermaltake ps to play on 1080p my question is to crossfire or not

Your best bet is a 6870 for 150$ (less driver hassles) but 2 5750's are about equal in performance and you can grab a used one for about 60$.

If it were me I'd grab a 6870 because if leaves you with a upgrade path.

thanks that's what I thought but Ive always been tempted to cross fire it to save some money but 150 isn't that bad at all:thumbsup:
