Which is better?

My 4GB Patriot G Series Sector 5 DDR3 is rated at 9-9-9-24 at 1.65V, 1333Mhz

I am overclocking my cpu to 4Ghz and I can select DRAM frequency of 1531MHz with timing 9-9-9-25 at 1.65V or 1149Mhz at 8-8-8-20, 1.5V

Which is better to keep because both give me a WEI score of 7.8.

Interesting question. All things being equal, I would lean towards the 8,8,8,20 1.5v. It has a chance of generating less heat. OTH, I might keep both. OC reduces the lifespan of memory, and it doesn't hurt to have a spare tire. 🙂

1. Why worry about a WEI score at all?
2. Same score? That's a no brainer... the 1.5v settings... NEXT

Heat doesn't matter for memory, except when overclocking, and any timing specifications for 1.65V should be suspect since they're not factory timings (the real factory). OTOH 1.65V shouldn't have any significant effect on memory lifespan.
