Which is Better?

I'm thinking of getting one of these laptops. Which do you think is better? Personally I like the Compaq more but I don't like the idea of a 4200 RPM hard drive.

Dell Insiron B130
1.5 Ghz Celeron M
512 MB RAM
DVD/CD-RW Combo Drive
15.4 Inch LCD
40 GB 5400 PM Hard Drive
Intel GMA 900 Graphics
6 Cell Battery
$600 or so

Compaq M2000Z
AMD Sempron M 3300 (2 Ghz)
512 MB RAM
DVD Drive
15 Inch LCD w/ BrightView
40 GB 4200 RPM Hard Drive
Radeon XPRESS 200 Graphics
6 Cell Battery
$600 or so

Which do you think is better? I'll probably be using the laptop for web browsing, playing older games such as MOHAA and Call of Duty (if they work on integrated graphics), and some Photoshop.

It's a tough call, I know!

Unless you want to add a 5400 RPM drive to the Compaq I'd go with the Dell because of the HD rotational speed when using Photoshop. The CPU on the Dell is a better choice for PS as well. The cache size of that Sempron is at a bit of disadvantage. The faster CPU clock of the Sempron deosn't make up for the smaller cache IMO.
