K8V-X chipset by VIA or K8N nforce 3 chipset by nvidia

which is better, please consider performance and cost?

I had an nForce2 from MSI and loved it. Rock solid mobo drivers, great system tuner from nVidia, just an overall awesome chipset. I would go with the nForce3. I have a K8V SE Deluxe now, and while it is pretty stable, has no OC potential and I'm just not fond of VIA chipsets.
