Which is better the ASUS P4S533 or the Gigabyte GA-8IEXP

I want to get a Intel 1.8 ghz and have some 333 DDR memory from my AMD xp2200... can I use the memory on the Asus P4s533 or the Gigabyte Mobo ???? Save some money.. these CPU are killing us with their CPU wars...
 
If you want all the whistles and bells USB 2.0, RAID, etc..., then go with the Gigabyte. I'm currently using, I have no complaints. The new SiS chipset is out for the Pent IV.

You can check it on Asus web site and atacom.com has a presale on it.
