Which is better: Radeon 8500 or Radeon 9200?

I currently have a Retail (built by ATI) Radeon 8500 64MB video card. I've got the opportunity to replace this with a Powercolor Radeon 9200 128MB card (specs here) for free. Should I do it, or will I be better off staying with the 8500? My understanding is that the 8500 is a little faster, but the 9200 has 128MB ram, so I don't know which would produce better results? My motherboard doesn't support AGP 8x, so that's not really a factor.

Thanks!

8500 is far better... the 9200 is just a 9000 with AGP 8X, which not means difference in performance.
8500 has 2 TMU, 9200 only one...

The 9200 is a re-badged 9000 non-pro. clocked only 250/200. Quite a bit slower than the 9000pro 275/275.

The 8500 is much faster (42%) than the 9000 and probably 20% faster than the 9000pro.

The 9100, basicaly a 8500LE.

You do get to use some of the extra "featuers" that you get in the 9xxx series.

Going from an 8500LE 64MB to a 9200 128MB (both retail) my 3D mark score dropped from 5000 to 4500.
(I have a 750mhz, hence the low score for both).

I will be returning the 9200 shortly, and buying another 8500LE.

The 9200 does have one plus - no fan.
