Infineon -
Germany
0.17 process
some are rebadged Infineon module, some are 3rd party made module using pcb with the Infineon chips (such as Kingston, PNY, Viking, etc)
warranty depends on the reseller or the 3rd party, you won't be able to deal with Infineon (same as plain Micron module)
normally would be more expensive than Crucial as Crucial is Micron's direct sale, the rebadged maker or the 2rd party module maker and the reseller need to make profit from end-user after Infineon has made profit from them.

Crucial -

you're sure getting original Micron module with lifetime warranty handled by Crucial
cheap because it's direct sale

You make your own decision,
also don't forget to check the hot deal forum,
sometimes there are hot deals on Kingston, PNY, Viking, etc module make it cheaper than Crucial.
