Which is better? Infineon or Micron?

Hi, just wondering from personal experiences which RAM is better to get. Either Infineon or Micron, assume they're both CAS 3 @ PC-133. Also, at the store I'm getting them at, the price is same for both.

Thanks!

I can't speak for infineon, but I have a 256 stick of Micron CAS3 PC133, with a p3800EB @ 900 on a CUSL2. The ram is running at 150, no problems yet, no crashes at all since I built it the first week of November.
That brings another question to mind, could my RAM be frying as we speak? I was kind of under the assumption that @ 150, either it will not post at all, or it will work fine for a long time. Could the fact that I'm clocking it that high cause the RAM to fry over a little while, say, 6 months or a year?

I kind of thought that RAM either worked or didn't work. However, I overclocked the memory on my old MX. It worked fine for a few weeks. Then all of a sudden I started getting artifacts that only went away by underclocking the memory. Finally, the artifacts just wouldn't go away. So, be careful. :)

I don't know about Micron, but I have a Mushkin 128MB w/Infeon 133MHz, CAS 3 and Mosel Vitalic from MemoryMan. At 133MHz, 2-2-2, Infeon is capable of doing whatever Mosel does. I don't think you go wrong with Infeon.

I'll agree w/ Kornermi. I have a Mem man PC133 w/ Infeneon, and I can clock these all the way to 148 CAS2. Good stuff.

I went with Infineon, and i can say that 143mhz @ cas2 is a damn nice stick of ram.

her209,

What's up with your sig? You didn't say how much PC10000 QuadDRAM 160-bit RAM you have?
