It depends on what you need it for... it's purpose. If you are looking for a budget H61 board, either of the Gigabyte boards will work. I can't remember what the added '-B3' puts on the board (and I have one! )

try to find a B75 board, almost the same price but adds native USB 3.0 and sata III (1 port)

I think the gigabyte have a nicer PCB layout? (no sata port blocked by a long VGA?)

something else, the gigabyte B3 have VIA audio and Atheros gigabite ethernet, the other have Realtek chips for both (like the asus)

Has HDMI . . . $54.99

Which features are most important? Only has like 4 SATA ports.

Anything 61?? Is too old. Why purchase a 2 year + old motherboard? Sure you can use these for a LAN or a backup device but they don't support modern features. I would never purchase a motherboard with no HDMI.

The Chipset is really old.

All I did is look for the chipset you are looking at on newegg and selected HDMI as a requirement.
