Which is better for overclocking? The new 266 or the old 200 Athlons?

I'm buying an ABIT-KT7A and a 1.2Ghz Athlon. I figured I'd get the 100Mhz bus ones so I can overclock to 12.5x133 (1.663Ghz).

BUt, if I get the 'C' Athlons that run on the 133Mhz bus then I'd have to go to 150Mhz (9x150) and only get it 1.35Ghz.

What do you guys think?

The decision is based on what memory you have. Can it run stable at 150 and what else is in your system that can handle about 38.5MHZ ?
Check out each component at various FSB speeds.

Good Luck getting a 1.2Ghz at 1660+....many will do 1.4-1.5 but 1.6 would be exceptional and probable require water cooling or a peltier
