yea i have no clue what i'm talking about 🙂
i'm a bit confused.

i'm reading information on cell phones and some just mention
vga and others mention cmos vga.

what is the difference ?

VGA just means 640x480 resolution.

I'm sure theres a big difference between the different phones, but you can't expect it to take high quality pics. 😛

Maybe look for some camera phone reviews?

Get a small digital camera... maybe a Canon.
