Which is better? Epox 8k7a or EPoX 8KHA+?

im not sure why you would want to go with either one... they are both pretty old

the 8k7a uses amd's own chipset and was a pretty good performing board
the 8kha+ uses via kt266a chipset and it is probably a little better performing board then the 8k7a

my pick would be the 8kha+ (but only if its the "+" version.. the plain 8kha uses the non "A" kt266 chipset which has several bugs and poor ddr memory performance)

I've had both. Two 8k7a's and one 8kha+. The 8kha+ is a much better, overall board in terms of performance and features. I still have mine actually in one of my backups.

both have ocing options.. but if i remember right the 8kha+ was a much better overclocking board (ive owned both, but its been awhile ago)

The 8kha+ has much better overclocking options. Also, you don't have to deal with all dip switches like you do with the 8k7a.

The 8kha+ ruled back in the day, but as others have said, don't waste your time with either of those boards now... unless you can get it for $20 and just want to have something to play with.
