im not sure why you would want to go with either one... they are both pretty old
the 8k7a uses amd's own chipset and was a pretty good performing board
the 8kha+ uses via kt266a chipset and it is probably a little better performing board then the 8k7a
my pick would be the 8kha+ (but only if its the "+" version.. the plain 8kha uses the non "A" kt266 chipset which has several bugs and poor ddr memory performance)
I've had both. Two 8k7a's and one 8kha+. The 8kha+ is a much better, overall board in terms of performance and features. I still have mine actually in one of my backups.
The 8kha+ ruled back in the day, but as others have said, don't waste your time with either of those boards now... unless you can get it for $20 and just want to have something to play with.
