which is better DFI nf3 or ASUS K8N

have a socket 754 amd64 3000+ processor. was wondering is the DFI lanparty nf3 250gb or the ASUS K8N better? the abit is outta the equation coz i need 3 RAM slots..have 1.5gigs(3x512mb)

Since, according to your system specs, you already own the DFI Lanparty, you should stick with that.
