which is better Creative dxr3 or Hollywood+ Decoders?

I would like a decoder but just wanted to know if there is a differnce between the two or if it doesn't matter(ie cheapest one) thanks
 
Have creative finally released updated Win2K drivers or is it still BETA? A few months ago my friend was trying to get his going in Win2K but the BETA is rubbish so we just used the reference Win2K ones from Sigma.
