Hmmm, are you sure? Not doubting your opinion, just being curious cause that's what I had in mind as well but even though both webcams have same specs, the one with the CCD sensor is almost double the price. Any ideas? Thanks.

Technology wise, CMOS is currently better than CCD; but that's from an article I read about high-end cameras :eek:

As to which webcam to buy, go for one w/ a CCD chip as they are more sensitive :)

Hmm, thanks Zim, I guess that's why the notebook pro webcam is more expensive :)

(checked and the one with CCD got better reviews) :)
