Which is better? Asus P3V4X or Asus P2B HELP Please! Thanks!

As the title states, which motherboard is better the Asus P3V4X or Asus P2B? And why? Also, which one is better for overclocking? This information would be helpful, thanks! 🙂
 
Overclocking would have to be the ASUS P3V4X. The P2B is a much older board based on the BX chipset, still uses jumpers, has a lower number of FSBs and does not have voltage adjustments.
 
Okay, cool, thanks for your help. I was still going over the specs at the Asus site after I posted this question. 🙂
