Well, for what I have read and witnessed, they are about equal. Both are very reputable mobo manufacturers. Both are stable and made for overclockers. Just go with the one you find cheaper and a good warranty!!
The A7V133 and KT7A I would say A7V133... it performed the same as the KT7A before... but it got a new BIOS that gives some pretty nice performance boosts so it should take the cake now.
They're both very good boards. You can't go wrong with either of them. If you're overclocking the KT7 would be more convenient becuase you can change the multiplier in the BIOS where as the A7V uses dipswitches.
But realistically once you get the CPU to a stable speed that you're happy with you're not going to be changing the multiplier anymore so the dipswitches aren't that bad. Go with the least expensive one.
BTW: Some larger heatsinks can't fit on the KT7 (can't remember which ones) becuase the capacitors are too close to the CPU socket. There's plenty of room on the A7V on the other hand.
