Which is better 7600 GT or 8500 GT?

So I have a friend who has a 7600 GT right now and wants to do a small upgrade. How much performance gain will he receive from going to a 8500GT?

NM, 7600 gt owns it, which was what i expected.

for games the 7600gt is better.


8500gt has h264 and vc1 dencoding and uses less power though.
