Which is best TV Tuner for recording...TV!

Im currently looking at...

1) ATI TV-Wonder 200?
2) Leadtek Winfast 2000 "Deluxe"
3) MSI TV@nywhere!

Which of these is the best? I want something that can record TV with good quality, go up to about 100 channels and have decent sound, although excellent sound would be preferred. Which of these do you like or can you reccommend one for me?

Thanks!

EDIT: For lots of options go to NewEgg's Video Add On section since there's where I would be getting the stuff, with the exception of the ATI Tuner. 🙂

I built what is basically a TiVo system and it works awesome with little tweaking to get what I want. I used a card made for the purpose, the Hauppauge WinTV PVR 250. It is a PCI card that comes with nice recording/viewing software and the hardware, with the latest bios, is perfect! The original bios had some issues and the picture was not too great. With the latest bios and what not, I am very happy with it. Multiple inputs and I use a decent video card for my output. From my reading, it is a better idea than using the built in tv decoders and definatley worked better than my nvidia card.
Cheers
