Which is best pop-up blocker for ie.6?

i just reinstalled my pc w/ xp sp2 and i want it to stay clean from pop-up and spams.. which is the most popular /pop-up blocker and spam blocker? toolbar?

Doesn't SP2 add a pop-up blocker to IE anyway?

SP2 does add a pop-up blocker which really helps a lot. Some still get by but it made a huge difference for me.

Yea I?m a firefox fan as well, but before I switched I used the google toolbar.
