Which is best ? AMD XP 1900+ OEM or XP 1900+ Retail?

Well as usual it depends on what you are going to use it for. One or the other may overclock bette but without the stepping of the processor we don't know. The retail will have a longer warranty usually 3 years whereas the oem is 90days. The retail also comes with a fan whereas the oem doesn't. I hope I have helped.
