Which is a better Pump for a GTZ or Fuzion V2 CPU Block?

for CPU blocks such as the GTZ and Fuzion v2, which pump would work better?

the Swiftech MCP655 or the MCP355?

is the 355 worth $20 more (for the XSPC top)?

and btw, are those blocks low or high restriction? i'm guessing low is always better in anything water cooling

In my research, those two blocks were pretty much dead even in performance. For pumps, it seems like the 655 is better for a loop of very low restriction blocks (like the Fuzion), whereas the 355+top is the better option as you get more head loss in your loop. I bought a 655 first, then changed my mind and got a 355+res top for the higher flowrate with the KL-350, and the convenience of integrated pump and reservoir.

One is black the other is clear - that's it

More specifically, the CPU block top is made out of acrylic (clear / AC model) of acetal (black / AT model); i.e. they use different plastic. And yeah, these blocks are more expensive than others.
