I have a Celeron D 2.9 GHz a ATI Radeon 9200 with one DVD drive one hard drive and 4 sticks of ram. The system was built just over four years ago and I slowly upgrade to keep it for as long as I reasonably can. So the power supply is also four years old and is a FSP300-60PN. It is an excellently built PSU but I was just given an ATI X850 that I want to take advantage of and can't with this PSU. I figure that after four years it is getting to be a good idea to replace it anyway.
The problem I have is I don't have much money and can't decide on what PSU to get though I do have some ideas.
The two I am mainly looking at are
XClio 450BL

AX400-PN

I like FSP but I have used the XClio in a friends computer and it is nice too. Both are just under $50 with shipping and I don't want to spend more. I just want to check what people here think is best and will have the greatest life span. I plan on keeping this computer around for one use or another for as long as none of the major components fail.

Thanks for your help

I was hoping to find something that newegg has if possible because I have such a good experience with them but if that other model is enough better and I get some people that have use the other retailer then I will get it. I do notice that it seems to be a 100 watt more powerful version of what I already have and that is a very good thing.

definitely read the review I mentioned, it's a great psu for the money. I have the AX400 and a bunch of FSP400's and haven't had a problem with any of them. I use the AX400 in a box w/ a 7600GT, 3700+ A64, a couple hard drives, etc, and it purrs right along. Of course, that's not a heavy load or anything, but it should handle your x850 without a hiccup. The 'AX' line of fortron units is rumored to be cheaper in overall quality, using cheaper capacitors and such, and I believe they're not rated the same way the 'FSPXXX' models are. Someone else can probably elaborate more on this or correct me, I'm sure. Either way, I would pick an FSPxxx model over an AXxxx if my budget permitted.

I've not ordered from ewiz, but I've also not heard of any horror stories from people who've dealt with them. If it were me, I would pick up the fsp400-60gln from ewiz.
