Which is a better place to work for - OD or Staples? Doubt I can work for both at the same time eh??

I have two interviews lined up, one with Staples and the other with OD. The Staples shop is closer to where I live and close to where my bro lives, and is a busy shop, but they're only hiring part time 15hr weeks. OD is offering FT, but is way far from where I live.

As far as wages and benefits go, which would be the better choice? This question is for those who've worked at either or both stores before.

This is all temporary until I can find a crack in the time space continuium (meaning land in some kind of entry level IT networking job).

I guess it depends on how often you want to work. If you want a full time job, it might be better to take OD. But if money isn't an issue, and you care more about time go for staples.

I drive 25 miles to work one way each day. But then again, it's all freeway, and its not entry level.

The OD that called me in doesn't get much traffic at all, even though its full time. I worry how long it would be before it shuts down and I get pulled off the payroll. At that Staples, its supposedly one of the busiest in town, I would get less hours, but more of a stable and interesting job over the long run.

None of the ODs around my house ever seem really busy, but they all stay open. I think I would like OD better, but more hot deals seem to pop up at Staples.

I don't know what those places pay, but can you live on 15 hours a week?

I'd personally work at Staples, only because ours has 2 cute girls working there- one of which is very cute! But Staples as a more exciting and bold atmosphere that is more fun to shop, if that's possible in an office supplies store. I like Office Depot too, but usually prefer Staples.
