Which is a better board?

Can anyone provide any info on which of these is a better board? The Gigabyte 965P-DS3 or this Evga board: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813188017

I did have a rev 1.0 965P-Ds3 that just died on me today. I got it when it was first put on the market.

I will not be doing any overclocking, and will not be doing any SLI. Is the Evga a better value? It seems like it uses newer tech, and back when I used AMD CPUs I liked the Nforce chipsets.

Or would it be better to wait for the new P35 boards? I hear they will be out probably this month.

I can vouch that the motherboard in my sig has been great, with no weird glitches (and I went through a few different ones before this one finally worked well).

Go with the DS3 either the V1.3 or V3.3 both are the newest released models of any P965 out there, very mature and updated MB

P35 would be a 1st gen board that may have small issues that will be corrected over time. You would be paying a premium becuase it is newly released
