Which is a better board...A7M or 8K7A?

Which is better all around? (speed, OC, etc) Asus A7M or Epox 8K7A? I'm going with the Epox either way, but my friend needs some convincing....hehehe

(it would b best if y'all could point me to some reviews )

They both use the same chipset so you will see similar performance. However, the A7M does not have multiplier settings without modifying the mobo whereas the Epox does. The Epox is also about $50 cheaper.

Yup, bozo1 is right. It's not the best choice for overclocking since it does not allow multiplier adjustment, but otherwise it's a good board. The Epox is a much better choice for overclocking...

link for review at socketa.com id go with the epox any day of the week, im a pure ocer and this IS the board. the asus is nice but....ya know...its no epox.

I own a 8kta3 and 8k7a and have been very happy
