They both use the same chipset so you will see similar performance. However, the A7M does not have multiplier settings without modifying the mobo whereas the Epox does. The Epox is also about $50 cheaper.
Yup, bozo1 is right. It's not the best choice for overclocking since it does not allow multiplier adjustment, but otherwise it's a good board. The Epox is a much better choice for overclocking...
