they're no intel chipset supporting DDR400 and DDR400 isn't even a standard yet.
but it is going to be approved by JEDEC
and there are intel chipsets on the horizon that will support dual channel DDR400 like canterwood(i875) and springdale(i865)
they're expected in Q2 2003
